We called the hotel to get the shuttle to take us back to the hotel. Then we took our rental car back to the airport the night before we left. Then the next day, our room keys didn’t work, so we had to go back down and get new keys. We went back down and the front staff was very kind, apologized and gave us vouchers for free breakfast for the 2 days we were there and, of course, gave us a new room. After we checked in and went to our room (at around 7:30pm) housekeeping never cleaned the room from the last guest.
